Snetterton race report5 and 7 for number 57!Expectations?! Going into the first round of the 2009 season, held at a circuit of which I had no prior experience I really didn’t have any. Expectations aside though and I did have one, or should that be two goals for the weekend however. I needed to gain two more license signatures to enable me to upgrade my license and those two (oh so important) signatures could only come from race finishes without incident!Driving into the paddock post qualifying and receiving the news that I had qualified in fourth position on the grid for the first race (only three tenths of second from pole) and sixth for the second of the days two races obviously left the team and myself very happy! On the flip side of that joy, for myself however I was now going to have to temper my enthusiasm for fighting at the front of the 30 strong field with the reality that I needed to finish both races and without any mishaps!
